New install not working
I have just installed your InvisOutlet Pro and so far I'm extremely disappointed. Nothing is working correctly. I have installed it exactly like your instructons describe, in fact I've installed it from the beginning several times. The app finds the device but only shows the grayed out symbols of the outlets. Device information says it's offline. I've tried multiply times to reset the network and the device. I've followed your instruction carefully with no success. I am not new to this sort of thing so I don't understand why this isn't working. Where does one go to see what network it's connected to, The outlet shows up on my Apple home app so I know it's connected to something. Very poor app. Why don't I see the dashboard and temp readings or light control.Very unhappyÂ

We sincerely apologize for the trouble that you are experiencing. We have also replied to your live chat but did not get a response there. Can you please send us a screenshot of the Device Information page on the InvisHome app so we can further diagnose what the issue may be?
Can you also confirm if the device is controllable from the Apple Home app or is the device fully unresponsive?
We recommend checking the indicator and see if the device is actually connected to the home Wi-Fi or not per this guide.
