False Occupancy Trigger

InvisOutlet Pro's occupancy sensor measures occupancy and motion using mmWave technology.

Below are the best practices to keep the occupancy sensor accurate:

• Do not plug power adapters into the InvisOutlet's top receptacle.
• Make sure no objects are covering the top middle area of the InvisDeco.
• Make sure no moving appliances/objects are in the area. For example, a circulating fan.
• Make sure no glass or mirrors are in front of the InvisOutlet Pro.

To perform an area detection for better occupancy detection accuracy, please use the InvisHome app:

1. Click the top-right gear icon in the device tile.
2. Click into Device Management.
3. Click Occupancy Sensor Calibration.
