🔁 Replacement Procedure

If your device is defective:

1. Contact Intecular Support with your order number and product serial number or MAC address.

2. Provide a brief description or photo/video of the issue.

3. Our support team will process the repair or replacement as soon as possible.

4. You’ll receive shipping instructions for returning the device.
